My background includes strategic sales leadership, OTC and channel optimisation, key account management, and people development, with a unique way to connect with and getting the best out of trainees. I’ve managed portfolios exceeding R130 million and consistently delivered on sales targets over R450 million. I’m passionate about designing and facilitating coaching and development programmes that equip pharmacy staff, OTC representatives, and managers with the tools to succeed. My ability to build long-term relationships with pharmacies, wholesalers, and healthcare professionals has been a key driver of my success. Currently completing my certification as a Neuro Life-Coach, I combine commercial insight with human-centred leadership. I take pride in unlocking potential, eliminating performance
